"Just Joined Medicare, Chose a Plan..."
I recently signed up for a Medicare plan, and the rep assured me that my doctor was included. Turns out, he ain't on the plan at all. I wouldn't suggest going with Health Market.

Our experience with Will was quite impressive. He was very thorough, had a wealth of knowledge, and addressed all our inquiries. "My Experience with Lauren Taylor in Denver..."
I met up with Lauren Taylor in Denver to sort out insurance for 2022, and after our first chat, things went downhill fast. Her emails clearly state not to reach out to the office as deadlines get close. It mentions they’ll ensure everyone gets covered. On the final day, I got a text asking if I had picked a plan for my family. I replied right away, letting them know I had sorted that out weeks ago and just wanted to confirm everything was alright. I was told the message was a mistake and that all was well. But let me tell ya, everything was not alright. She didn’t manage to secure coverage and then, as far as I can see, took off on vacation. Now I’m starting the whole process over with someone else. If you want to waste a bunch of time and end up without coverage, go ahead and choose Lauren Taylor.

"An Agent Came to Our Home"
An agent visited our place, and she kept insisting how much she wanted to help us cut costs. We reached out to her, provided all our prescriptions, and showed her the prices we were paying with our old insurance. Turns out, we were losing $4,500 annually just because we moved to a new county. Unfortunately, Shelley T. messed things up for us; she was dishonest. I saved her email, but when I tried to access it to confront her about her false claims, I couldn't find it anymore. Now it's too late to fix things, and some of my prescriptions have shot up in price by 100%. Seriously, don’t go with this company; their staff isn’t qualified. When she finally got back to us, she just tried to sell us something even pricier. It’s a total scam, so steer clear.

"Decent Experience Overall"
Overall, it was decent. Ms. Garner was quite helpful and understanding, but there was another woman who assisted us on a different line—can't recall her name—who was really rude and seemed bitter. She was in such a hurry that when she was explaining the policies, she spoke so quickly that I couldn't catch what she was saying. My dad's English isn't the best, and it’s tough to follow someone who talks that fast. Then she had the nerve to say she could help others if we kept asking questions. It was just absurd, and it doesn’t help when you act all nice with a quirky tone but don’t really engage. Honestly, I wish I knew her name. It makes me hesitant about health care if they can’t clearly explain things and show some patience. I mean, you’re getting paid to help folks who might not know much about health care and their benefits—that’s why they’re reaching out.

Jean Calhoun is absolutely fantastic!!! I was in a bit of a bind needing to switch health plans after relocating. "Untrustworthy Agent, Total Time Sink"
I reached out to the main line, and the manager put me in touch with a local agent (south Austin, Texas). I was looking for details on Medicare advantage plans. The guy's name is Art. I had a hard time getting any info from him at all. He promised to provide the details, but he just didn’t follow through.
